Michael Heltzen is a Danish Serial Entrepreneur with focus on sequencing and bioinformatics technologies and markets. His current position is as CEO of www.AllSeq.com (The Sequencing Marketplace). Having lived and worked out of Europe (with the startups CLC bio, BlueSEQ, Startup City) and Asia (BGI and CLC bio Asia) Michael recently moved from Denmark to San Diego to begin a new Genomics focused venture. Michael is one of the most networked people in industry of Bioinformatics and Next Gen Sequencing, and has been involved in a lot of Genomics research projects incl. initiating one of the very early Human Genome projects in the world.
