Thomas Franke, Professor, University Of Glasgow

Thomas Franke is Professor of Biomedical Engineering. His group develops tools for the manipulation of biological entities and soft matter systems. Among his main focus are acoustical and droplet microfluidics, viscoelastic properties of biological cells and synthetic soft capsules. He applies techniques for high-throughput screening and directed evolution.
