Overview

"Advances in Food and Beverage Analysis" conference is a unique, Food Industry focused, event designed to discuss advanced analytical methods and techniques for analysis of raw and processed foods. 

This event will include discussions by Food Industry Experts covering topics like advances in analytical techniques including HPLC, Mass, NMR, Raman, Hybrid instrumentation and software solutions to analytical problems in food industry for analysis of food contaminants and adulteration, food safety assessment. It will also cover topics like good laboratory practices and applicable food regulations. The organizers envisage to bring more and more overseas and industry scientists as speakers so that the delegates are able to derive maximum benefit from their expertise.

Academic Innovation Session: In this event a special session has been designated towards Academic Innovations. A large number of Food Scientists in Academic Institutions have been working on food analysis. In this session we aim to present selected Food Analysis related Innovations which might have importance in industry but could otherwise go unnoticed by industry scientists. This session will be open to Regular PhD Research Scholars only. Each presentation will be for 5 minutes duration only and will be adjudged by the industry scientists. The presentation providing best innovation and/or solution with direct application to food industry will be awarded Rs 5100/- during the closing ceremony of the conference. In addition the 2nd and 3rd position presentations will be awarded Rs 3100/- and Rs 2100/- respectively. Faculty (Registered Indian Delegate) presenting the innovation will not be eligible for the award but will be allowed to present.

The last date for submission of abstract for presentation in this session is up to September 30, 2018. The selected abstracts will be intimated latest by October 1, 2018. The selected presenters will be required to complete the registration process latest by October 03, 2018. Those not registering by the said date will lose the opportunity to present and the same will be offered to the next eligible candidate.
