Marc Bisschops, Scientific Director, Tarpon Biosystems

Marc Bisschops is Sr. Director at Batavia Bioservices B.V. in the Netherlands. He is one of the inventors of the BioSMB™ Technology and acts as Scientific Director for Tarpon Biosystems Inc. Within Tarpon Biosystems he is responsible for technology development and for applications development.

Since many years, Marc has been an invited guest lecturer at various international conferences and post graduate courses across Europe. He received his MSc in Chemical Engineering and his PhD in Biochemical Engineering from Delft University of Technology (NL).
