Extensive practical knowledge in many eukaryotic protein expression systems and mammalian cell culture techniques. Expert knowledge in cryopreservation, cell line scale up, baculovirus expression, assay ready frozen cells. Experience with stem cell culture. Most recent experience is with isolation and preservation of mitochondria from mamalian cells and precision cut tissue slices.
