OncoStem Diagnostics is a Bangalore based biotech start-up company with a mission is to develop new diagnostic tests, which will predict risk of recurrence to cancer patients and thereby help in customized treatment planning. Our first focus is breast cancer. Our first test OncoStem:Breast test for ER+/PR+/Her2- or +/Lymph node – or + IDC of breast patients is developed and validated. Our test will stratify ER+ patients in low or high risk for recurrence and thus the low risk patients can be spared of chemotherapy. Our test can in future prescribe targeted drugs for high risk patients. Our test uses 6 protein based biomarkers plus clinical parameters with a Statistical algorithm to stratify patients.
