Using high-resolution (HR) full-scan acquisition, actual HR-MS can perform simultaneously qualitative and quantitative analyses that are compatible with routine environment. Actual HR-MS shows comparable selectivity, sensitivity, level accuracy and analytical throughput than triple-quadrupole-MS. Research/routine and quantitative/qualitative analyses using LC-HR-MS will be presented for drug and peptide determinations in patients’ plasma.
