Rodrigo Rezende's Biography

Rodrigo Rezende, Post-Doc Researcher, Center for Information Technology Renato Archer

Bachelor at Electrical Engineering by the Federal University of Uberlândia and MSc and PhD in Chemical Engineering by the University of Campinas, Brazil, with one-year stay in Portugal during PhD period at the Politechnic Institute of Leiria.
Member of the Brazilian Institute of Biofabrication (INCT-Biofabris).
Post-Doc at Center for Information Technology Renato Archer in Campinas, Brazil, from 2011 to 2014. He has worked in the biofabrication field narrowly applying information technologies as enabling technologies onto the 3D bioprinting of tissue and human organs, throughout the design, bioprinting and maturation phases, where in this last one, he has utilized computer simulations. Currently, he is also manager of a project with Brazilian Ministry of Health at CTI.
