Rajeshwar Matche, Head & Senior Principal Scientist, Central Food Technological Research Institute

Dr Rajeshwar Matche is a professor of food packaging technology who has to his credit more than 26 years of experience in research and development in central Food Technological Research Institute. He is Academic council member of 2 Universities and Past secretary and president of Association of Food Scientists and Technologies (India).To this date he has published over 65 papers. He has developed around 15 technologies and 10 exclusively for industry. He has so far successfully executed more than 80 R &D projects. He is editorial Board Member of 5 International Journals and has published 3 books and 12 book chapters so far. He has given 11 Keynote talks at various International and has chaired about 15 international conference sessions in 10 different countries.He is an active member of different Professional Bodies and Technical Committees including ISO, BIS and has been a Guide to more than 70 students for investigation and dissertation work.
