Asmita Thaokar, Lead Auditor ISO 22000, FSSAI certified Food Safety Trainer, Food Safety Services

Being an academician for more than 25 years, Dr Asmita has a mission to educate masses. A teacher by profession has excelled the skills and presently working as freelance TRAINER for Hygiene and Food safety for hospitality industry. A certified LEAD AUDITOR for ISO 22000 and HACCP. Certified Trainer for Hygiene – Food Safety program of Educational Institutes, American Hotel and Lodging Association, USA. She offers consultancy for establishing hospitality institution, food outlet, catering services and all types of foodservices.Dr Asmita has been closely associated with hospitality industry for two decades and contributing to hospitality education and human resources. She is closely associated with FDA, Nagpur and FSSAI as Food Safety Expert and Trainer. Dr Asmita is certified FSSAI – FoSTaC Food Safety Trainer.
She has authored and self published text book “Catering Science and Food Safety” to credit, which is popular amongst hotel management students from 2010. Dr Asmita is a disciplined hardcore Administrator, Supervisor, Auditor and Trainer. She is multi tasking, and has command on communication skills and presentations.
