OverviewWelcome to the Second Annual Tissue Engineering, Biofabrication and Bioprinting Conference.
The fields of Tissue Engineering and 3D-Bioprinting are important for ultimately realizing the full potential of regenerative medicine. The potential to "3D-print" tissues and organs is gaining extensive interest and this conference brings together the academic as well as industry stakeholders in these expanding fields.
Synthetic Biology is a field with many application areas and its intersection with Biofabrication and the ability for "tailor-made" organ and tissue construction as well as synthetic gene circuits, biosensors, and biomolecular network construction will be explored in this conference track.
Synthetic Biology approaches for Regenerative Medicine and Tissue Engineering will be explored as means to provide a thorough spectrum of potential applications of synthetic biology in the context of the topics highlighted in this conference.
Posters from delegates are welcomed as a means to disseminate the most up-to-date research and commercial applications which complement the presentations from the leaders in these fields.
A co-located exhibition brings forth the technologies and commercial products in the Tissue Engineering, Bioprinting and Biofabrication fields and features companies large and small showcasing innovation and technology development.

The speakers at this conference represent the cutting-edge of innovation in the rapidly-expanding fields of Tissue Engineering, Biofabrication, Synthetic Biology and 3D-Bioprinting. A significant source of innovation in these fields is the construction of biological structures that can be deployed for regenerative medicine and tissue replacement.
All conference delegates receive electronic copies of the most up-to-date publications, reviews and presentations focusing on the tissue engineering, synthetic biology and bioprinting fields. This excellent resource is invaluable for R&D presentations, business plans, investor presentations and complements the technical content presented at this conference.
This conference presents key opinion leaders (KOLs), established academic researchers, as well as young investigators -- podium presentations are derived from a broad section of these fields highlighting the most up-to-date science and innovation.
Additionally, companies in the space and industry participants who are seeking to develop and commercialize tissue engineering, biofabrication, synthetic biology and 3D-bioprinting in the life sciences are a key feature of the content presented in this conference.
