As a participant at Stem Cells 2012 you will benefit from being among the first to hear about the latest research, delivered by researchers who have committed their working lives to Stem Cell Research.

This will include the latest work from highly respected and prestigious speakers such as Alan Trounson from the California Institute of Regenerative Medicine, speaking on the financial aspects of stem cell research, and Hans Keirstead of the University of California who will be delivering his perspective on research into the treatment of spinal cord injuries in conjunction with stem cells.

Our Cell Therapy session will feature a wide range of research, ranging from the challenges faced when trying to enhance the homing and retention of stem cells, to the exciting clinical developments of stem cells therapy with regards to injuries to the heart and brain. Also under review will be how stem cell biobanks are contributing to the advancement of cancer research, whilst also explaining the legal and ethical issues that must be overcome.

Running alongside the conference will be an exhibition covering the latest technological advances and associated services within these fields.
